Tahoe Green Fest: this weekend
Join us at Kings Beach, CA for the 2nd Annual Tahoe Green Fest. Exhibits are open 9am to 5pm each day. The event is open & free to the public.

Fueled by Bently Biofuels

The electricity used to power the fun and festivities will be carbon-neutral,generated on site by Bently Biofuels using fuel produced from locally recycled cooking oils.
Electric Car Display
Electric Auto Association of Northern Nevada partnered with SiGBA to help bring electric cars to Tahoe. Electric Cars and High efficiency vehicles owners from across Northern California and Nevada are invited to participate in the event, and show off their “green ride.” |
Tesla Motors Luxury Electric Car
2009 greenFEST featured Tesla roadster redefining people’s view of electric cars, with 0‐60 acceleration in 3.9seconds and a range exceeding 200 miles. |

Silent Auction
In 2009, SiGBA raffled nearly a hundred prizes. The silent auction was a hit as well. Exhibitors are asked to donate an item for our silent auction or raffle |
Music & Entertainment

GreenFEST is an education in sustainability with green exhibits from renewable energy, interactive activities for children, and organic food vendors. There is also live music and beer and wine tasting.

2-4pm: The Wild Mountain Honeys
Other attractions include artists, a farmers market, Dr. Solar for children, and yoga and massage by Gem Mountain Massage.
